Returns & refunds
You can return your order in 14 days if you have cancelled it, if you have made up your mind, or if you receive faulty or damaged items.
If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible. We process orders right after they are confirmed, which means that they leave our premises very soon after we confirm them. Legally you need to cancel within 14 days of having received the order by sending us an email. You can do this by contacting us via email – just contact us at email@example.com. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you have received the wrong or damaged products, please let us know as soon as you can via email writing to email@example.com. Please include the order number and a description of what you received. At the discretion of its management, we may ask for photographic evidence.
Please note that announcing your return as described above will speed up the processing of your returned items. If everything is properly received, we refund in full to the card used in the original purchase within 30 days.
POSTAGE AND ADDRESS:
Please note that we can only reimburse you for the return postage in the case of your receiving faulty or damaged items. Though we do reimburse you for the original postage paid as you placed the original order.
The return address is Art Gallery “Putti”, Mārstaļu street 16, Riga, LV – 1050, Latvia.
Also note that you are responsible for the goods you are returning until we have received them. To make sure you are covered, you may want to send them back via registered post.
