On March 11, 2015 Art gallery Putti went to Munich to visit events in Munich Jewellery Week 2015. We were there for three days and visited many different events, galleries, exhibitions, as well as met with our friends from contemporary jewellery world.
We have successfully attended another Schmuck (Schmuck 14) in Munchen where the exhibited variety of contemporary and conceptual jewellery for its fans, creators and collectors was almost overwhelming (in a good way). We had the chance to meet old friends, upcoming and already established artists and to see a lot of wonderful exhibitions. It was a pleasure to blend in with this sophisticated crowd and to catch moments (where allowed) with our “soap box” cameras.
From March 12th–18th we will visit Munich (Germany) to see the 55th Special Jewellery Show – Schmuck 14, which will happen during “66th International Trade Fair Munich”. It’s a great place to be if you are interested in contemporary jewellery, since it will gather 66 exhibitors from 25 nations.
From October 29 till November 2 Riga hosted the most important event in Latvia’s fashion industry – RIGA FASHION WEEK. The exhibition hall Riga Art Space became the main home of the Fashion Week, some events took place in other fabulous places. The locals as well as foreign fashion designers presented their prêt-a-porter spring/summer 2014 collections.
